By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have agreed to all the following Terms and Conditions of our Sale/Service. Therefore, before you place an order on our website, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as you agree to be bound by them.

Fitbynet makes every effort to ensure that the pricing and availability of Product(s) on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, there may be rare occasions when there is an error in the pricing of a product or related to product availability.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Fitbynet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request the price difference for any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.

NOTE:

We do not keep items in stock. Instead, we work with vendors to source items once we receive an order. While we make every effort to ensure timely shipment of orders, there may be instances where the item is unavailable with our vendors or if the stock supply of the item is low, which can result in delayed shipment or cancellation of the order. Please note that placing an order with us does not guarantee the availability of the ordered item.

7. Order delivery time (India)

Delivery time for Delhi/NCR is 24-48 working hours*, and for outside Delhi/NCR, it’s 2-3 working days*.

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is the time taken for the delivery after the shipment of the order from our end. While most orders get delivered to customers within the given timeline, there may be cases where order delivery gets delayed due to service area-related issues.

8. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charge is INR 65 for weights up to 500gm, and for every additional 500gm, there is an additional charge of INR 50.

Note: We charge a standard shipping fee of 65 INR for orders assuming the package weight is under 500g. The exact weight can only be determined once the order is packed. Therefore, additional shipping charges are applied for each 500g later.

9. Eligibility of customer

Customers or users must be over 18 years of age and registered with us. Fitbynet.com is not intended for children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect information from Fitbynet visitors in this age group, and if we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

10. Content disclaimer

The information or details provided about the items on our website is for informational purposes only and is not intended for the diagnosis or treatment of any disease or problem. Therefore, we at fitbynet.com do not provide any kind of guarantee regarding the results of the item.

We highly recommend our customers to consult their doctors before consuming/using any product, instead of solely relying on the information provided on our website.

11. Refund & Cancellation policy

Fitbynet team makes every effort to ensure that the correct items are processed as per the order and strives to deliver the products in the right condition, without any damage, every time a consumer places an order. This is because customer satisfaction is our main priority.

We are happy to issue a full refund based on the situations listed below:

1. Item(s) delivered do not match your order;
2. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
3. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

In the above cases, you may raise a return request with our customer care within 5 (five) days from the delivery of the item. Fitbynet reserves the right to cancel the return request if the customer reaches out for the refund/order cancellation request after 5 days of delivery.

Upon receiving your return/refund request, our team shall verify the authenticity and nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, we will initiate the return/refund process.

Note that there is no refund/return/replacement for correctly shipped/delivered items.

KINDY NOTE: Refunds are made only to the same account through which a customer pays via our payment gateway on our website. Hence, a refund to an alternate medium or account would not be possible.

Also, please note that if we are only able to ship a partial order (shipping available items in your order), then we will initiate a refund for the non-shipped items only, and the shipping charge is non-refundable.

12. Return/refund conditions

Only fully unopened strips or products can be returned. Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for a return.

• Return requests that arise due to a change in prescription do not qualify for a return.
• Incorrectly ordered items are not eligible for a return.
• The batch number of the item being returned should match the number listed on the invoice.
• The item being returned must be in its original manufacturer’s packaging with the original price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can either call us, send us an email or a WhatsApp message with your order details, including images of the item and invoice, as well as the reason for requesting the refund.

Note that there are no refunds, returns, or replacements for items that have been correctly shipped and delivered.

13. Termination

By using the Fitbynet.com website, you agree that Fitbynet.com may, at its sole discretion and without any reason or notice, terminate your access to and use of the website, including your account, if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Fitbynet.com will not be held liable to you for any such termination.

If your access to the website is terminated, your right to use the Fitbynet Website/Service will immediately cease. You also agree that any suspension of your account or termination of your access to the website may occur without prior notice.

Fitbynet reserves the right to modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices at any time.
